So handy!
Great but use non-scratch tools. The finish can be damaged and this is expnsive for what you get. Polenta in a beautiful hurry is the main thing. FYI 4 parts water to 1 part ground corn. Lid on for 4 mins, stir with with a soft thingy, then another 4 mins. Check you may need more time, but pop it out on a wood board and serve. I cannot live without this. Put the dry pasta in water and micro. No need for all that nonsense about the pot, the pan
