Non-toxic baking
We had silicone muffin pans and the chemical smell always worried me. It’s hard to find pans without nonstick coating these days, but I wanted a non-toxic option when I bake for my child. These work well and don’t stick at all with some oil on them. I just wish there was a larger option.

I bought two pans. One was good the other has aluminum shards in one of the cups. It's in the way they create the cups. There are lines down each cup from the cup forming process. So one cup has these aluminum pieces still attached but hanging like aluminum hairs that are a good inch long. My husband will sand it down and it will be fine. But quality control is sad. Shipped directly from Nordic Ware. Sad, Nordic Ware. Sad.
