Setting up the Superyard is easy, the eight interlocking panels are pre-connected--simply pull the panels out of box, unfold and connect them together. Comes complete with skid-resistant pads, won't slip or scratch, works on any surface. The Superyard includes a convenient carry strap which makes this lightweight baby play pen easy to bring the fun with you anywhere. Q: What type of plastic is this made out of?

A: Thank you for your question. Our plastic gates and Superyards are made of nontoxic polypropylene and pigments that contain no heavy metals (no lead), no phthalates or PVCs and are BPA free. We use only non-recycled polypropylene in our juvenile and pet safety products to preclude the possibility of their contamination with undesirable/hazardous materials. Additionally, neither we nor our suppliers, add flame retardants to any of our product components. The flame propagation rate of the materials themselves is too low to require the use of flame retardants.

Q: Does this work well with a baby (10 month old) who is pulling themselves up? Is this easy to fold and travel with?

A: Thank you for your question, Amanda. Our Superyards are JPMA certified and safe to use with children between the ages of 6 - 24 months when set up as outlined in the instruction manual; an 8-panel Superyard should only be set into the shape of an octagon or a square. Setting it up in any other shape will compromise its stability. The Superyard folds as an accordion and includes a carrying strap.

A: The color of this 8-panel Superyard is called "sand". North States does manufacture a 6-panel in sand, which is model 8775.

Q: What is the model number of this superyard? Is this compatible with a Todleroo Superyard Wall Mount Kit?

A: Thank you for your question. The model number of this Superyard is 8777. Yes, this is compatible with the Toddleroo Superyard Wall Mount Kit, however we only recommend using a total of 6 panels when using the wall mount kit for maximum stability. Two panels on your 8 panel Superyard can easily be removed in order to safely install your yard as a barrier with the wall mount kit. Q: Can I purchase just the gate as I already have an eight panel pen?

A: Thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is not a gated door panel available in the color of the Superyard Indoor Outdoor Sand. However, there are other color options for the door panel that are compatible with this Superyard. Please keep in mind that we recommend only using a maximum of eight panels for optimum safety and stability.

Q: If there isn't a swing gate panel, how do you get in and out of it?

A: Thank you for your question. To get in and out of this Superyard, simply disconnect two adjoining panels. To do this, select one of the three joints where a dark gray carpet foot is facing up. Gently press down on the opposite panel while lifting slightly on the panel with the carpet foot. This will enable you to disconnect the panels for easy access.

The item arrived warped bent and damaged. Not safe or secure by any means. Nothing like the picture shows a nice square. I emailed support and they didn’t help at all and tried to say warping and bends is normal for this. So everyone should know this is not straight and bent damaged product. Support doesn’t help with any issues even though it shipped from their warehouse and not target.

It serves its purpose certainly, but we find the joints really hard to adjust. Yet, when my baby rolled over from a sitting position, BOOM the joint adjusted easily. So...that's a downside. We don't have it fully enclosed but rather set up to help close off the bulk of our living room with our two couches as the remaining borders. Still, it's given me some peace of mind and allowed me to get more work done now that baby is becoming more mobile.

Love the height and overall size! A little stiff and slightly difficult for me to stretch out and reform right out of the box (I’m a bit petite at 5 feet tall) but it was totally doable within 10 minutes and I love how sturdy it is so it was well worth using a little muscle!

Gate is pretty sturdy, the only problem is there isn’t a door to enter or exit so you have to pull hard on one of the panels to be able to get out or jump out of it. Other than that it’s a good gate.

This is a great play yard fence! Once our 10 month old started pulling himself up on everything, we were able to use this as a barrier in our living room so I didn’t have to child proof everything or hide all the cords. I also like that we can bring it outside on the deck too! We got the mat that is suggested to go with it and it’s perfect.

It is just what you think it is. It works great as a little gate for your kids. The pieces weren’t the easiest to maneuver and it was easier to climb over it every time than to open it when going in and out of it. If it came with a door it would be great. As long as you keep it in a rounded shape it is stable but it still has a little give when the babies are pulling and climbing on it.

I love this superyard. It give my baby plenty of space to play and enough room for my husband and I to get in and even lie down to play with our baby. We have concrete floors so with the addition of some foam mats on the floor, this superyard has been a real “head saver” for my baby. I’ve read complaints about this superyard lacking in sturdiness but this has not been the case for us. My baby pulls up on the panels, sits with his back resting against them and has fallen against them several times. It has remained very stable and supports him when he needs the help. Overall, great product and money well spent for this family.

I ordered this hoping to contain a baby on the move. It works great but clicks very loudly to reposition. I wished it had a gate, but the safety the play yard provides is worth the price.

This gate was a fair price. The color is nice & it goes with everything. And the size is great! However, I hated it. It was so hard to set up! The panels were so stiff I was afraid I was going to break it while putting it up. The gate was hard to open with a baby in my arms & some of the plastic was kind of rough (thinking on little soft hands). So, unfortunately I had to return it.
