The high-quality, eight-panel playard encloses up to 34.4 square feet and is 26 inches high. That's nearly 7 feet across! Setting up the Superyard is easy, the eight interlocking panels are pre-connected--simply pull the panels out of box, unfold and connect them together. Comes complete with skid-resistant pads, won't slip or scratch, works on any surface. The Superyard includes a convenient carry strap which makes this lightweight baby play pen easy to bring the fun with you anywhere. If you need a smaller baby gate, just remove panels to fit your space. Intended for use with children 6 to 24 months of age. Proudly made in the USA.

Q: Can my baby move this while inside?

A: Thank you for your question. Every child develops differently and some are more determined than others to move the play yard. The yards do come with skid resistant pads that do help keep the yard secure and in place.

A: Thank you for your question. We do not recommend using this as a fence unless you attach it to a solid surface with the wall mount kit sold separately with a maximum of 6 panels.

Q: Does this 8 panel play yard include a mat for the bottom? In the description it says skid resistant pads, is this for the bottom floor or for the bottom of the panels??

A: Thank you for your question! Our Superyards have an open-bottom design and do not include a floor mat. The skid-resistant pads are small foam pieces attached to the bottom of the panels to help prevent the plastic from marking hard surfaces.

Q: This looks and sounds so great! What would you recommend for possible washable colorful tiles to put on the bottom?

A: Thank you for your question. While we do not have tiles for our play yards, our Toddleroo by North States Play Mats are designed to fit perfectly under all of our 8-panel plastic Superyard play yards.

Q: if i purchase 2 can i combine them as 1 ?

A: Unfortunately, two Superyards should not be connected together to make a large enclosure. We do not recommend using more than 8 panels at one time. Our plastic yards are certified by the JPMA only with the use of 8 panels or less. When more than 8 panels are used, the stability of the product will be compromised and it could collapse, leading to damage or injury.

Q: What type of plastic is this made out of?

A: Thank you for your question. Our plastic gates and Superyards are made of nontoxic polypropylene and pigments that contain no heavy metals (no lead), no phthalates or PVCs and are BPA free. We use only non-recycled polypropylene in our juvenile and pet safety products to preclude the possibility of their contamination with undesirable/hazardous materials. Additionally, neither we nor our suppliers, add flame retardants to any of our product components. The flame propagation rate of the materials themselves is too low to require the use of flame retardants.

Q: Does this work well with a baby (10 month old) who is pulling themselves up? Is this easy to fold and travel with?

A: Thank you for your question, Amanda. Our Superyards are JPMA certified and safe to use with children between the ages of 6 - 24 months when set up as outlined in the instruction manual; an 8-panel Superyard should only be set into the shape of an octagon or a square. Setting it up in any other shape will compromise its stability. The Superyard folds as an accordion and includes a carrying strap.

A: The color of this 8-panel Superyard is called "sand". North States does manufacture a 6-panel in sand, which is model 8775.

Life saver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Toddleroo by North States 8-piece indoor/outdoor play yard, and it has been a life saver. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and super easy to set up, I can move it from the living room to the backyard in minutes. The panels lock securely, and I love that it gives my toddler plenty of space to play without me worrying about them wandering off. It cleans easily, works on almost any surface, and feels really durable. Definitely worth it if you need a safe, flexible play area for your baby or toddler.. I gave this shape lol but you can change it.

Great versatile gate for the whole family!

It has been great to keep our 2 black labs away from freshly painted walls, to provide a safe area for our toddler to play outside and to also section off part of our deck. It is SUPER easy to set up and the storage hand makes it easy to stay put together and move around. We will continue to use this gate for years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so we’ve been testing it out for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it! we love how you can customize the shape of it to the amount of space you have. not only that but it so easy to set up and even take down. all of it is one piece and it folds super compact making storage easy. love how it’s a very durable plastic making cleaning really easy. can’t wait to use it more during the spring and summer next year.

The best, compact baby play yard!

My son and his friends used this at a birthday party in the back yard as the Very Important Baby area. It was easily hosed off and moved indoor. I would highly recommend this product! The color is nice and neutral too.

This play yard allows for peace of mind knowing he’s safe while we aren’t right there. It’s extremely easy to use and store, folding up fairly compact. The strap allows for easy carrying to wherever you need to take it. Our son may be displeased by being confined at times but we appreciate the safety and freedom it allows!

Amazing for keeping your toddler safely contained

I love how the shape is adjustable so I can use it in many different areas around the house. Big and versatile

I like that I can change the shape and that it comes with a strap I can use to hold it together when taking it with me. There is no door so kids can’t get out, an adult would need to undo one of the hinges to be able to go in and out.

Love it!

We have this set up outside, but it also works well inside as a play pen or to separate spaces. It’s easy to fold up and move! Pretty lightweight for moving, but durable. My one year is good size. He isn’t able to push it over which I really appreciate.
