Q: Do these give off a warm white light like regular incandescent bulbs or are these the LED lights that are much more bright white?

Q: Are these light clear from the California 65 warning that seems to haunt all christmas lights? It would be super awesome to find a brand that does give you cancer!

A: Thank you for your question. These lights will have a prop 65 warning as most items do. However this is just a warning, the same warning is also posted all around Disney as well.
