Q: Are the measurements that are given from the very bottom of the topper to the very top or do the measurements start at the bottom of the star and go to the top of the star.

Disappointed
the item clearly said 10 inch star on the website, however the package that it came in says 8 inches. Don't waste your time waiting for this to arrive, buy a better one. definitely returning.

Not a 10" star - its a 10 light star
Very disappointing. It is NOT a 10" star. The packaging clearly says 10-light Star and on the package itself it is labeled at 8". No spare bulbs / fuses were included AND the battery cover was cracked. Clearly this had been returned once already and re-shelved. Very disappointing as I usually get better quality from Target.

Pretty, but small
This star topper is pretty but wish the description would tell you how big the star is as the 10" includes the base!

When I bought it , I knew it looked great with my tree. Highly recommend if your going for a white and clear type of topper
