BETTER THAN XANAX
Good for anxiety. Took 1 and waited 30min, then took a second. Really took the edge off. I take 400mg every night to promote relaxation and sleep. It's good for my brain. In fact I have switched to powdered formula which is cheaper than capsules.

I take L-Theanine before bedtime and do not have morning anxiety, and a more positive outlook in the morning. Would not be without it, and feel it is much safer than a Dr. trying to find the right prescription.

Calming
I was using daily, now I use as needed. It seems to help calm my mind especially when I am anxious. It does not make me sleepy, however it helps me go to sleep on those nights when I’m having trouble falling asleep. I find that I like Now brand due to minimal ingredients. I am grateful for Swanson’s prices on all the brands they carry!
