Weird feeling used during the day.
I bought 2 bottles and ended up returning them. But now that I think about it maybe I should have taken them at night before bed instead of in the Day. Also, after feeling weird taking it for one time, I didn't really give it time to work? Or try taking it at night might have helped. I'm thinking of giving these another try. I also like all of the ingredients.

Just What I Needed
I was researching different products that would help give me a positive/calming attitude, when I came across "Mood Support", which has a little of everything in balance. It does not make me drowsy or jittery and it seems to work ( I am not being so snippity at work). I also take inositol to round out the combination. I have been a happy person taking these two items together. Thank You Swanson's for helping with my mental health.

Close, but no cigar
I was actually looking for something close to NutriZacs Mood Food. This product is just ok, nothing great. I must say, I'm a little disappointed with my last order. I normally don't like to leave negative feedback but you asked for honesty.

Good mood enhancer
I take two of these every morning and I usually feel great to start the day. The effect isn't as strong as in the beginning but I still stick with the recommended dosage. It gets the job done. It has several ingredients in addition to the St Johns wort, which I believe helps the effectiveness.

I'm Actually Sorry I Tried this
I was looking for something more to help me with my mood support. This combination supplement did not work well for me at all. I felt really WEIRD when I first started taking it. I am not on any prescription meds that could have caused an interaction, so I think the problem is just that there are too many ingredients in this, at least one of which does not work well for me. For the past year I have been taking some great, very helpful Swanson supplements to help ease my transition through my late menopause. Those really terrific supplements, which I have previously given top ratings for, are Wild Yam Root, Black Cohosh, and Evening Primrose Oil. It occurred to me that my bad feeling on this Mood Support supplement, may have been due to it not mixing well with all my other supplements. Since my menopause seems to finally be over... YAAY!.... I stopped taking the Wild Yam Root, Black Cohosh, and Evening Primrose Oil, and took ONLY this Mood Support concoction. I felt considerably less "weird" then, but I still didn't feel "right," not even after giving myself a month to adujust to the new supplement. This may work fine for someone else, but it is not for me, so I won't buy it again.
