I have a great recipe for flourless oat bran muffins
I make oat bran muffins 1-2x per month. I mix it up with different fruit and nuts - but they are always delicious and easy.

Organic and Safe Food
Organic Oat Bran; Great Product! I'm allergic to a lot of foods out there. This gives me no issues. It's Organic, Non GMO, You can cook it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and add your favorite's of berries, prunes, yogurt, etc. Great Fiber intake. Bon Apetito!!!

Okay - just not as soft & flaky as I''m used to.
I've bought oat bran for decades and always loved the way it blended into my cereal without being noticed (either in taste or in texture). I tried this brand when I saw it was organic, but it's not as soft & flaky as I'm used to. While not as rough as grits, it's nevertheless a tougher & thicker than other brands of oat bran that I've used. Although NOT soft enough to just add to already-cooked cereal, it softens up just fine when simmered along with the oatmeal - even with quick oats.

Love this new product to me
I had the best hot cereal this am ... I cooked oat bran in a pot..added coconut, raisins, and coconut Oil......delicious...moistened with water only.. Husband loved it as well....

I don't know what to say about oat bran except that this brand is fresh and affordable. It has become a staple. I eat it instead of oatmeal for the higher fiber.
