Organic Oat Bran; Great Product! I'm allergic to a lot of foods out there. This gives me no issues. It's Organic, Non GMO, You can cook it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and add your favorite's of berries, prunes, yogurt, etc. Great Fiber intake. Bon Apetito!!!

I've bought oat bran for decades and always loved the way it blended into my cereal without being noticed (either in taste or in texture). I tried this brand when I saw it was organic, but it's not as soft & flaky as I'm used to. While not as rough as grits, it's nevertheless a tougher & thicker than other brands of oat bran that I've used. Although NOT soft enough to just add to already-cooked cereal, it softens up just fine when simmered along with the oatmeal - even with quick oats.

I don't know what to say about oat bran except that this brand is fresh and affordable. It has become a staple. I eat it instead of oatmeal for the higher fiber.
