Useful, tasty
Four and a half stars. I mainly use this on my oatmeal and on salads. The flax seeds are whole, so I crush them on a mortar and pestle. I understand why the seeds are whole, as ground oxidizes quickly, but it’s a labor step. I think I’ll grind the bag, and store it in the freezer to keep fresh, and be able to scoop and use. The nutrition profile is solid, the seeds taste fine (no green flavor from the hemp). Better price this way than getting each one separately at my local store.

I know organic is best, but to tell you the results, is impossible. I know these things are good for us. I was looking for organic ground flax seed for fiber. Not crazy about taking whole seeds for my body to digest. I am using it thus far.
