Wonderful product. I use the almond meal because it is more dense than blanched almond flour. It is a healthy fiber and protein. I make my snacks, pancakes, and even put it in my homemade protein powder. You can't go wrong adding this to your baking supplies

I purchased Raw Almond Flour a few weeks ago, but had not yet baked with it. I usually use almond flour to replace part of the flour in a recipe. Over New Year's I baked a bundt cake with 2 C whole wheat flour, 1 C quinoa flour, and 1 C Raw Almond Flour. Delicious and nutritious! A quality product since almonds are usually processed in some way. This NOW product is "100% pure, unblanched." Excellent!

Not a subtle difference. Won't work in almond flour recipes. Skins should be off for almond flour.
Great Purchase.

I didn't know that the almond flour was ground with the skins on. For some of the things I make I would rather have it blanched.
Still the best value

Rancid Odor

This item was rancid upon opening the new bag just one month after I purhcased it. It was not expired date either. Unfortunately I threw it in the trash before realizing I could send it back for a refund still, which I just found out today, and I cannot easily find the trash bag in the deep (and smelly) trash can so I cut my losses on this one. I won't buy it again, knowing it could be rancid even when not expired. Disappointed.
