Super and Fine Gives It a 10 not a 9!
I don't use a lot of almond flour; however, Bob's Red Mill is my preferred brand. It is gluten-free (I am a celiac of 30 years) and its glycemic index is low. Bob's Almond Flour is truly super fine which makes it perfect for baked goods. Bob's Red Mill has always been a trusted brand for me.

Perfect addition to oatmeal

Zucchini bread with almond and coconut flours
This is the first time I bought the almond flour. I used it in a recipe for zucchini bread which used almond flour and coconut flour. The recipe turned out just like the baker said it would. I didn't care for the texture as it fell apart when cutting into the zucchini bread. The taste was good.
