[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression after using the Nufabrx Back Compression Wrap was that it works but I didn't get the warming feature. The best benefit I got out of wearing the wrap was some support and good compression to help me deal with pain, stiffness, and soreness. I didn't really get the benefit of feeling any sort of warming or heating sensation. I know that it says that there is capsaicin fused into the material but I couldn't tell after extended use. But it was soothing in the pressure provided from the compressive weaving of the fabric. It feels sturdy and like it can hold up after several washes. It secures in place with velcro and the velcro the stay put. The piece of material is long enough and wide enough to wrap around my entire midsection or across my lower back. It was comfortable to wear, fit snugly and did provide me some much needed relief. For those reasons I think that it's definitely worth it. I recommend this product and will continue using it in the future.

After he healed, I begged him to wear a wrap--fortunately, we got this right in time. He had to lift some heavier items and put on the wrap, and was pretty much pain free.

He stopped going because it cost us quite a bit. He tried this pain relief back wrap a few days ago and said it really relieved a lot of his back discomfort. He said it was easy to put on and it doesn’t bother him. He could work with it on and not bothered by it.

Im a little bigger. I was able to pull it shut and it stayed-even during me moving around and bending over. The material is soft and looks durable. It seemed to help my lower back pain. Time will tell the more I get to use it.

My husband works in construction and loves wearing this after a long days work it really relax especially after a hot shower helped him sleep comfortably.

It is comfortable and infused with capsaicin which is quite effective with my sore back. The support and compression also feels very good. It is easy to move around with it on and do my normal daily activities. The material is stretchy and should fit most people. It definitely helped soothe the aches I had on my lower back. I love that it isn’t single use and I can reuse it multiple times. It can be washed up to 15 times, which is great in case it gets dirty.

I would wear it at night when the pain was the worst and it would help, but not a lot. It is hard to get it tight enough my yourself, but if you do it too tight then it starts to hurt. I was excited to use this as I have chronic back pain and was looking for some relief. I did not like that it would slide around when it would begin to get loose.

It is so simple to use and gives relief not only in the pressure from wrap itself but medicated at the same time! It also has been washed once (still works) and has several washes to go yet before the meds wear off. Totally recommend giving this a try. My husband as well as myself has worn this under our clothes for relief. Will buy for sure!

The material is pretty thin but provides a good support. I can basically wear it with any normal clothing without it being noticeable. The capsaicin agent in the wrap had a very soothing affect on me. It didn’t give any burning or intense sensation, but I could feel the agent working my my body. My back definitely felt revived after wearing this for few hours. It also provides a great lower back muscle support while I am working in office or walking outside.
