Q: How does this stay in place? I thought it would have Velcro but there’s nothing to secure the ends on…

A: The end of each strap has a flap that reveals the Velcro so you can secure it. You can’t miss it.

A: The Velcro ends are folded over on themselves. You have to pry it up. It took longer than I’d like to admit to figure this out 🫠

A: I would say it’s more of the thickness of you ankle/heel area than your foot size. Your toes come out the front.
