Q: Is the cup microwave safe

A: Hi Prachi! Thanks for your interest. The tritan learner cup is not microwave safe. You would need to warm in a separate container and transfer warmed liquid into the learner cup. -Nuk Team

This sippy cup is a favorite among parents for its lightweight design, adorable aesthetics, and ease of use, making it perfect for babies transitioning from bottles. The handles are well-suited for little hands, promoting independence while drinking. However, some guests have noted concerns about the fragility of the spout and the potential for discoloration. Overall, it serves as a reliable starter cup for toddlers.

I really like this NUK sippy cup. The handles make it easy for little hands to hold, and the size is perfect for babies learning to drink on their own. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and the design is adorable. My favorite part is that it gives my baby more independence while still being easy to use. Overall, a great starter cup and definitely one I would recommend to other parents!

Breaks too easily
My son does great with these, but they are so fragile that my wife and I have thrown out at least 8 of them in the last two weeks because the bottle/vessel cracks easily. This is unacceptable. These cups are not fine China nor should we expect our toddler to treat them as such. They should be able to withstand the rigors of a rambunctious tot. Some of the cups have lasted less than three days before they hit the bin. My son is 15 months old but he isn't up in my house partying like Keith Moon and destroying everything. Heck, I have a plastic coffee cup that I've had for 5 years...no breaks at all. The only reason I still have some of these cups is that they work the best for him...for now. Know this, that as soon as I find a suitable replacement, I will gladly switch.

Struggled with this one
I like design but shouldn’t have bought white as it immediately discolored. He struggled getting liquid out and noticed at 1 year but end off so threw in trash. Need to find another design

Holds residue / soapy taste!
I’ve tried washing with hot water only, boiled for five minutes, multiple times to get the soapy taste out but no matter what I do, the cup still tastes like soap! I’m worried about buying any more of these. I also have Dr brown bottles and they do not have the same issue…

Great trainer cup
I bought multiples of these for my son's first sippy cups & a "leak-proof" way for him to have water in his crib. It worked great until his little teeth came in, then with him chewing on the nipples, he broke and now fluids just pour out

Great for practice grips!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 1 in the beginning to start out and try and see if my son would grab it on his own, and turns out I had to buy another one because my son only wanted this bottle for his drinks for when he eats. He loves them. He was able to suction really well and never overfilled his mouth.

Easy for baby to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby would not drink from a bottle. No matter how hungry she was. Finally I tried this sippy cup. And she absolutely loves it. I have about 10 of them now.

Perfect!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter hates any hard spout sippy cup & I couldn’t get her to drink out of any until I bought her this! Now she drinks out of this with no problem and loves it!

So hard to get anything out of
Although it is easier for my 7 mo old to hold, there is a tiny tiny hole (I think?) and I even sucked on it and it was extremely hard for me to get a tiny sip of water out. Disappointed.

Love the trainer
I keep all the grandbabies here at my home and I. Am. Busy. I have been through the baby phase already with others and have 2 right now and one on the way and I have them all day all week while the parents work. So I love anything that is a helper or a teacher. The trainer cups are an awesome resource for getting the littles from the bottles to the cups. Keeping them from being latched to a bottle and it becoming too much comfort for way too long. These are truly terrific. The our sweet little 6 month old just started on hers, no issues.

Nice Cup
I received a free sample of the Soft Spout 5oz Learner Tritan Boy and it was a pretty decent. My son grips the bottle well. The nipple needs a little bit of tweaking to make it more "real like". He gnaws on the top of the nipple rather than trying to suck from it. I really like the design. It will definitely make the transition to full sippy cup much easier.

New favorite!
Upon receiving my free sample of the Soft Spout Learner Triton Boy cup, I was so excited to have my little guy try it out. He is transitioning from the bottle and he now has something safe and comfortable to help ease that change. The easy-to-grip handles are perfect for his little hands. Several tips of the cup proved there are no spills. I also love the cool blue color scheme.

Well made
After receiving these free samples for me to review, I immediately put then to the test, well the little one did rather. He very much took to them straight away without much effort at all. Seemed very comfortable with them and has no problem keeping a hold on it. These clean up really well and handle our stream sanitizer very well and hold up to it's rigors and so far seem very sturdy and will likely last a long while but also soft enough to be comfortable to the little one. Overall these are great products that are well made.
