[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with the rug I received. Firstly, the quality is extremely poor; it feels flimsy and cheap. Secondly, it looks nothing like the picture on the website, which was misleading. To make matters worse, given its poor quality and misleading appearance, it is grossly overpriced. I regret this purchase and would not recommend this product to anyone.

This rug is amazing. It looks a lot more expensive than it was and it holds up well to traffic and grandkids. It wasn’t real expensive so I don’t worry about it getting dirty or ruined but so far it has held up well!

Worst off gassing I’ve ever smelled. Do not buy. It went right into the trash. If I could give it zero I would.

This rug those not look like in the picture. It is not soft or fluffy, I am disappointed with this purchase and really surprised I two other rugs from USA rugs and they are great! I am keeping the rug and I will keep in mind to choose carefully. Not worth the the money I'm sorry

Well, this was supposed to go in my daughter's room, but has been airing out in an unoccupied for three weeks --- and it's still inducing headaches when near it. Disappointing

I absolutely love the look of this rug! The white/cream color offsets my beige walls perfectly and brings in light. However, I was extremely disappointed with the rug quality. I read enough reviews raving that it was soft but I highly disagree. It only feels soft to the bottom of my feet. But when I touch it with my hands or even sit/lay on it, it feels rough and course. I was also surprised by how far apart each loom is, which I'm sure is a contributor to the discomfort. If it were a cheap rug, I'd keep it, but I can't justify spending this much on a rug that doesn't feel good to sit/lay on. I was debating between this and another very similar rug on the site that is hand-loomed and made from a softer material, but I chose this one because the other had reviews about it being difficult to clean (and I have kids). I wish the company would make this pattern in a much softer washable rug. It's truly beautiful, but I'll definitely be returning.

The color and size is as the picture, fits perfect under my king bed

I just opened the package to find that the dimensions of this rug are not as described (the length is more and the width is less -- overall its about 8'3" by 2'4" instead of 8 x 2'8). So it doesn't fit my room exactly as it should have. Also it has a horrible smell, almost like fumes from paint. Otherwise the material is fine, just disappointed that it's not quite what it was supposed to be.

Color was perfect, but was expecting a thick plush feel like the pictures, but it came so thin the black backing showed through. They must’ve changed how they make it, doesn’t look like other reviewer pictures either. Returned it.

Softest shag rug ever, great buy! Will make another purchase

This white rug is the perfect color. It's not stark white, but its not cream or ivory or yellowish or beige, just a nice bone white. The only issue is it takes A LONG time to off-gas. It smells strongly for over a month at least. I suggest airing this out in a garage for several weeks before bringing inside. Other than that it's very cute, a great color, and seems like it'll hold up decently.

I got a few complements on it during my baby shower too! It’s very soft, perfect for baby and you can’t beat the price. I did A LOT of research as well. I do agree with another review that it’s better in a place that gets less foot traffic. Highly recommend!

The rug looks great! I agree with other reviews- it isn't pure white but more of an off shade. It has fluffed up nicely with no shedding. Very pleased.

Like all the other reviews say, it's not stark white, but more of a softer/creamier color, which I think makes it look even better! I have it under some furniture, so i started with no carpet pad, and I definitely don't think it's a necessity - it's nice and cushioned on its own.

Great Rug- not pure snow white- off white- more bone white when compared next to pure white. Still does the job and good quaility.

It’s my 2nd rug of the same kind. It’s super soft and plush. Only concern is vacuuming is a chore. But it’s worth it
