We just laid out this new rug a couple of days ago so it needs time to "relax." The texture is very soft and enjoy the feeling under our feet. Nice design, I do wish it was a bit thicker. We bought the 8x10 size for our living room. It's still a little wrinkle from being rolled up, hopefully that will flatten out in a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this rug so much that I’ve bought it twice in the past few years! It’s nice and plush, doesn’t get dirty too easily (it is white though). Looks just like the picture and shipping was quick! Just a word of advice, DO NOT buy the extra protection for the rug.. they don’t honor it and it’s a waste of money. Other than that, no complaints.

This was honestly a really beautiful rug, and if you had no kids or dogs and didn’t walk on it very much then it would be a great choice. Unfortunately, I have a toddler who spells everything so it wasn’t going to work out for us. It was also a little too short for what we were looking for, but besides that it was plush soft and really pretty.

It’s plush and super soft! I absolutely love this rug… and the Dogs do too.

I wish I had listened to other reviews that this rug because it NEVER.STOPS.SHEDDING. We should have sent it back within the first 30 days, but deceptively, RugsUSA puts instructions in with the rug that it will shed for a period of time and then stop. We trusted their integrity. Let me repeat, IT.NEVER.STOPS.SHEDDING. This company isn’t standing by their product. The fibers in this rug are either too weak to adhere to the base or aren’t attached properly. I understand a protective plan for stains and/or damage, but defective? The photos attached were take at the same time a day after vacuuming. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS RUG and know that if you do and aren’t happy, you will lose money to pay to ship it back, even if you’re within the return period.
