I LOVE the rugs, but...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered 2 of these, one 8x10 and one 9x12. I love the way they look in my rooms, but there are 2 issues. The first is a minor issue; the 8x10 is much lighter than the 9x12. It's grey and white, not black and Grey. I dont mind because it looks great in the room. The second, and bigger issue, is they way they were shipped. They were shipped folded instead of rolled. This caused very deep creases that were quite difficult to remove. A rug steamer may have helped a lot, but I dont own one. I did have some luck removing the smaller creases with a hand steamer. I'm hoping the larger ones will settle out eventually.

Thin, was tough to keep flat
We’ve had this runner for less than a year, and I’m replacing it. Very thin, won’t stay flat. Very disappointed in this rug

The perfect wave shades of gray
The rug with matching runner is what we were looking for to pull in our colors. The quality and shade of gray is perfect. I it’s nut shaggy that my puppy would scratch it. It very settling and easy to vacuum.

Good Looking Rug
Love my new rug it looks great in our family room. Quick delivery and rugs looks just like picture. Laying it down was very easy didn’t have any tuned up corner just a few creases and didn’t take long to flatten out. Great price glad I purchased it.

Cheap feeling and sparse fiber
The fiber is very low and sparse. It feels plastic. Stiff fibers. Not soft at all. There was a crease line in the middle where it was folded in half for shipping. I thought it would be rolled. I left it out for 8 hours or so and tried to fluff it but the crease was still visible in the middle. The pattern was what i was drawn to.

Horrible quality!!!
The rug is wrapped so tight that it is impossible to get the rug to lay flat and trying to return it will cost me more money then I will get back! Not only do I need to pay for the return label (which is fine) I have to pay Rug USA a fee which is ridiculous!

Not happy with Shipping
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the rug itself and color - however the way it was packaged and shipped made creases in the rug that will not come out. I have had the rug for a few weeks and have put heavy objects on it to try and get the creases out. Not sure why this was shipped all folded up but it does not work well with an 8x8 rug. If this is the way they ship this type of rug I will not be purchasing again.
