    Cheap for a reason

    Rug is very pretty and looked great at first but it doesn’t wear well - gets dirty fast in a family room and now a year later is worn down to nothing from being vacuumed and washed/cleaned and looks terrible and so it served its purpose and has to be replaced.

    Was not wrapped in any sort of protective layer such as plastic for transit. Was folded in a mess in the box rather than rolled so it has a ton of creases and won’t lay flat even after days of being anchored down with heavy objects.

    Half the rug was missing certain colors and was incredibly patchy. Just chucks completely missing from the rug. And now they’re expecting me to ship it back in the original packaging that I didn’t keep in order to get a refund. Super bummed

    Egh! Color doesn’t match images. Very pink, predominant pepto bismo pink all throughout the rug. Extremely stiff and miss-shaped. Definitely does not lay flat and I don’t think to ever will. This thing is stiffer than a 10 day old corn tortilla

    Beautiful rug! It brings a great color and vibrance to my bedroom that has one dark green wall and the rest white. The colors are pretty. I had to put some heavy things on one side to get it to lay flat and put some rug stickers on the bottom to keep it flat but overall I love it!

    Still trying to flatten it out

    I’m still trying to get the folds out! The way it was shipped (folded into a rectangle) created a number of lines that I’m still trying to flatten out. Maybe consider rolling it up? Otherwise, it seems fine.

These are normal and will flatten within 2 -3 weeks as you begin to use your new rug. Use these tricks to help flatten your rug: Back Rolling: Roll the carpet out, then roll it back up reversely with the backside up. Let it sit rolled up reversely for a day or 2, or until it flattens out. Heavy Objects: Lay a piece of heavy furniture or objects on affected areas for a day or 2, or until it flattens out. If the corners are sticking up, curl them back and place heavy objects on affected areas going the opposite way. Heat: Use this technique as a last resort only. Place the rug over a cleared concrete or area like a driveway or sidewalk setting during dry sunny conditions. Allow the rug to be positioned for optimal sunlight as long as possible to give the rug time to absorb the sun's heat for up to 2 hours, but use more time if needed. Blow Dryer: If a large concrete patch with optimal sunlight is not accessible, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer to affected areas to heat up the creases. Always hold the hair dryer 7 to 12 inches away from the rug going side to side on a medium setting, as heat can sometimes cause backing to melt.     Color in photos not the same in person

    Just had this rug delivered yesterday and before even laying it out I could see the colors were off. It looks cheap and pixelated and way more pink than the pictures depicted. I’ve heard nothing but great things about rugsusa but after receiving this rug I will not be buying again. Not worth the hassle of returning the 9x12 rug but definitely sad every time I pass by the living room and look at it

    Love the pop of color this rug provides to the space. Colors also seem true to photos, in my opinion. Also great quality for the price — per usual from nuLOOM. The edges were a bit flipped up, but that’s to be expected with shipping & they flattened out within a few hours of being pressed. Also shipped in less than a week! All around, would recommend.

    Won't lay flat

    I suppose you get what you paid for, but I have had luck with Target rugs in the past. This came folded instead of nicely rolled and I cannot get it to lay flat. I have tried multiple things and it's still hopelessly creased and the corners keep rolling up, which makes a tripping hazard.
