The rug is gorgeous and very soft. With a 1/2” rug pad underneath, it is the perfect level of padding and comfort. I only knocked of one star because there was a 3-4” deformity where it looked like there was a permanent crease in an area in the center of the rug. It isn’t super noticeable and I decided not to deal with the hassle of a return.

So far (about 3 weeks) has held up to dogs and lots of traffic. Vacuums up well. Small spills clean up well also. So far so good.
