Nylabone Dura Chew Original Dog Ring - Chicken Flavor

My doodle loves this chew toy. She is a master chewer and destroys them within minutes, this one has lasted longer than any other. She loves it so much I ordered her another one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Boxer who is 48LBS. She's pretty tough on her toys. This toy has held up really good so far. You almost cannot tell that she's chewed all over it. The first night she had it she was obsessed and it had a lot of use. It's big enough that she can carry it around in her mouth. It's very good quality. My dog recommends. I recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this toy about a week ago and it has become our dog Chief’s newest obsession. The other night I walked in and he had actually fallen asleep with it in his mouth. Chief is an 80lb Goldendoodle and he can chew through most anything. This toy is showing a little wear after a week but I’m surprised at how little that wear actually is. It is beef flavored which Chief seems to love. And best of all I am yet to find any shards from the toy anywhere in the house. High quality toy and I, and Chief, are very pleased with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dura chew is definitely for power chewers ! It’s made of a really strong tough material, which is great! It has different textures which keeps my dog interested and helps clean different areas of her teeth as she chews on it. It’s also easy for her to hold on her own and chew wherever she wants because of the design. It’s also a good size for a large dog because there is no way she is going to be able to swallow the dura chew itself. The downfall is that it still can come apart but it does this as a hard plastic that is easy for a dog to swallow. I have noticed that this toy is also a little tough on my dogs gums. I can only let her have it for about 10 minutes at a time or else her gums bleed. Because of this and that the dura toy does get rigid and come off- I wouldn’t recommend the toy. In terms of the beef scent, my dog smelled it FROM INSIDE THE BOX! I don’t think it smells like “beef” but my dog sure isn’t complaining!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my dogs new favorite. I have several dogs from a pit bull to a pug and if one has the toy, another one will try to steal it. I had to buy more! I like it because of the shape, they can hold it down and chew on the part that sticks up. It has a variety of ridges that help to clean their teeth. It really keeps them busy. This is the best toy they've ever had. It will last a long time, they haven't been able to break any pieces off.

The toy he had a harder time chewing… yay!!! He did manage to get some of it chipped off but it held up really well against his powerful jaws! I was thoroughly impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the look of this toy but I was disappointed that the large giant size is really quite small and looks more like a reg/medium sized toy. I think all the ridges are great to help clean his teeth but with how thin the nylon is I worry that he will make quick work of it. I really do enjoy giving my pup nylabone toys but they have to be closely supervised to prevent him from swallowing any pieces.

I think the shape makes it more interesting for her and makes it easier to grasp while chewing on it. This is by far her favorite toy. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

This bone is great for larger teething puppy’s. My 9 month old bloodhound will pick this bone over any of her other bones.

She loves chewing on this and picks it up and drops on hard wood floor. The noise scares her but she keeps doing it. Still in good shape, this will last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably one of the toughest and most sturdy dog toy I’ve ever gotten! I have a very strong German Shepherd who loves to chew. We’ve gone through countless toys usually within minutes of buying them. This Nylabone Power Chew toy has lasted for weeks so far with zero wear and tear. The unique shape allows her to not get as bored as she does with other toys and to move it around in her mouth to get her back teeth cleaned up against the ridges on each side. It has a slight scent and taste that is “Beef” flavor which she was attracted to immediately, and when she’s tired of chewing she licks it for a long time. I do wish it had a little bit of “give” to it, because while I say this is a strong toy, I mean that it could seemingly withstand a nuclear Holocaust! It’s incredibly hard so I think she is sometimes frustrated by her inability to chew into it and have the material “give” a little bit. I also am startled numerous times a day when it falls onto our wood floors because it is so hard and heavy it makes a very loud sound. Overall, she likes this toy and it helps to clean up her teeth so it’s a win win for both of us! I would say I would rebuy, but I’m not so sure this one will ever get destroyed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My pup loved this toy! The minute it was taken out of the packaging, she wouldn't let me take it out of her mouth! The only reason for 4 stars is because the plastic did break off from the toy in very very small pieces; my pup was able to process the small plastic bits (if you know what I mean), but it was still a slight concern.

The Nylabone power chew ring chew toy worked excellent for my golden retriever. He is an extreme chewer and I found the product to be extremely durable. Highly recommend to my powerful chewer dog friends.

My 35 lb puppy and 50 lb 3-yr old dog love this because they can hold it still while they chew. Lately, its been a bit hard to find the round shaped nylabone,so I hope they get stocked up for Christmas!
