I love this! My postpartum journey has been really difficult for about 2 years now. I have tried everything to regulate my mood, including an SSRI. I was diagnosed with IBS a long time ago and the SSRI didn't actually take away the depression because this was a gut issue. now I am off of the SSRI and taking an approach that will cure long term ailments. The endocrine super food has transformed my life. I don't feel depression or anxiety! I thought I was getting fat but I looked in the mirror the other day and my bloating was GONE. I didn't even know I bloated that much. I ordered a subscription, I can't stop using it and I won't. Now for the negative, I've developed a nasty sore on my tongue. The only thing that I take consistently is the Endocrine drink. I re read the ingredients and I believe I am sensitive to the extra acids that are added, particularly the malic acid. It would be helpful if this drink was in a capsul. I will start drinking it with a straw to help give my tongue some relief. I will find harmony so I can continue to use this product because it's one of the best choices I've ever made for my mental health my body.

So the smell is gross and the taste isn’t great (not absolutely horrible either) BUT THE RESULTS are absolutely worth it in my opinion. I typically just add a little lemon juice and make sure it’s with cold water. My bloating is minimal, my hormones aren’t all over the place during my cycle, my cramps have minimized SIGNIFICANTLY and my skin has been doing well, as well as my digestion.

Firstly, please get your labs done before taking supplements as you can be taking something your body has plenty of. Secondly, I was a little skeptical about this, as I normally trust pills more than powders, but this worked almost immediately. My period is usually very heavy with a lot of clotting, and I've gotten every test done to see why, with not much help. However, the first period I had after taking this was regular, with minimal clotting, and lasted about 5 days as opposed to my usual 7-10. I stopped taking it the next month, and my period got heavier, but not as heavy as it'd been before ever taking it. I also noticed less bloating and more energy while taking this. I'm not saying it's a miracle product by any means, but I am saying the specific vitamins used in this made a drastic change. That being said, the taste of this stuff is awful, and I'm almost curious to know if this would taste better without the "strawberry lemonade" flavoring. Either way, the flavor itself isn't enough to keep me from trying it again when it worked as well as it did for me.

This along with the "Cycle Support" capsules brought my period back within 3 weeks! I admit, the taste is kinda terrible, so I don't think I'll be buying it again. But! It did do what it promised! So for especially difficult cases, I think adding the endocrine powder to the capsules is a good idea. I think I'm actually going to get the mood capsules instead next time. Hopefully those will help me out as well!

I have been using Endocrine Support for just over 2 months. At first I didn't like the taste, but have since gotten used to it. It's not horrible tasting, but still doesn't taste amazing to me. After about a month and a half, I realized that I didn't really want as much sweet stuff (yay!) and remembered how some women said it reduced their cravings. That in itself is a big help. Over the past couple weeks I have lost a few pounds, so this may be helping in more ways than one. It took a week or two for my body to get used to the probiotic, which caused some gas and uncomfortable gut at times, but after those 2 weeks everything's been fine. Overall, so far so good. Remember to give it about 2-3 months before expecting to see/feel any results. It's a bit expensive for me, but may be worth the price if I am able to keep affording it.

So far, so good! I was hesitant due to the reviews regarding bad taste but it really isn’t bad at all. If you’re used to taking prenatals or vitamins, this is similar. I just started using this product so I can’t tell you about the side effects yet but I’ll come back with a new review in a few weeks! Just came here to say don’t let the reviews on bad taste deter you!

You need to mix the powder really well otherwise it’s not gonna taste good. The better you mix it the better it tastes.

I really wanted to love this, but unfortunately I strongly dislike it. The taste is awful, which I am able to mask with juices and lemonades. The main reason I do not like it is, that it makes me sick to my stomach all day long after I take it. I've tried various different ways, times, with and with out food. This isn’t a pleasure drink — it’s a supplement specifically designed for women with PCOS or hormonal imbalances, containing Myo-Inositols. I saw reviews mentioning that it doesn’t taste great, and my biggest concern was that it might be sugary like other supplements — but it’s not. This isn’t a strawberry lemonade, but they’ve done their best to create a decent flavor without adding artificial ingredients. Yes, you’ll definitely notice a metallic taste — that’s because it contains iron, iodine, zinc, selenium, and chromium. These are essential trace minerals that must be obtained externally and are crucial for the body. So instead of focusing on the taste, I believe it’s more appropriate to evaluate the product based on its effects after two months of use.
