Maybe the capsule is better
These made me break out really badly. It was too much biotin and sugar in the gummies. The other ingredients helped a little with cramps but I still had really bad cramps.. I had two bottles & they aren’t that tasty honestly

BEWARE OF B6 TOXICITY
I experienced vitamin b6 toxicity after taking these for a short time which led to peripheral neuropathy- numbness and tingling in my hands and feet. The doctor said it was due to the excessive amounts of b6 in my system- this supplement has 20,000 mg of B6 in one serving size! That's insane! Anything beyond 1000mg/day puts you at risk for toxicity which can cause permanent damage! AVOID!

I love this product. I had such bad pain, bloating cramps and I took two gummy‘s and my pain went from a 10 to a two it works and I was able to take a nap because my pain subsided what I really don’t like about. It is very sweet sugary, but bypass all that it works and that’s the main thing it works

Okay. It’s only day three and I don’t want to get too excited. I was worried at first because I had bad gas, #2’s and bloated. I’m talking #2 8 times in a day lol but I feel like I’ve leveled out and my mood is crazy enhanced. Im pmsing and cannot even tell I am anymore. And usually it’s so so soooo bad for me. Crying. Pain. Feel like I’m going crazy. It’s been a big problem ever since I had my daughter. I hope it keeps going this way because what a relief if I’m successful with it. Just hoping I get my period on time. And it’s a normal healthy flow! Worth the try ladies. And I see nothing wrong with the taste like others have said. It’s like any other gummy vitamin. Textures chewier but who th cares if it means sweet relieffffff.

Incredible results
My OBGYN recommended I try these as I'm likely in very early perimenopause and have noticed a change in my cycle. I recently started feeling like I'm going through puberty again: bad cramps, lots of bloating, painful breasts, short temper, painful periods, dips in mood.
