These are stuffed full soft pillow you can sleep on!lumbar are perfect to use on ends is sofa or behind you as a back pillow! I cot an overstuffed chair & 1/2 made & it was huge ! I added two lumbar on each side of me then another behind my back for support. Hope they never stop selling these !
