If you’re in the middle of a bug infested woods I wouldn’t recommend because it’s not the strongest for keeping the bugs away but to use in your back yard at night it gets the job done. The ingredients are indeed clean and not harmful.

I like that the smell is not overwhelming, and it's only a little bit greasy. I also appreciate that this is deet free, usually that's the only bug spray that works for me, but this one works fairly well. I sit outside on our balcony a lot in the summer and I did not get eaten alive like I normally do. All in all its a good alternative to a deet product, and i like how sleek the packaging is!

It’s also doesn’t take up a lot of space in my purse because of its convenient size and shape. The spray has a nice fine mist and covers a good amount with each pump. It has a nice light scent, as someone who is sensitive to smells it is not strong at all. The mist feels nice on the skin. When you rub it in, it’s not sticky at all and does not leave any residue. It’s very effective at keeping the bugs away. I use it when I go out but especially when I’m working outside and when I go for walks later in the day when the mosquitoes are out heavy.
