Love this mousse for defining and holding my curls! Its delightful whipped texture is easy to apply to the hair. I like to apply it mainly to the roots and scrunch my hair after shampooing and conditioning. I will then dry with a diffuser halfway and let air dry. It gives great volume and hold. It has a light coconut scent that makes you think of beach location. Can be a bit sticky and crunchy if you use too much. Overall it’s a must have in my hair routine.

finally, my search for the perfect mousse for me is over!! i love that my hair is so soft and touchable after using this, and i have good definition. even if i accidentally put too much in my hair doesn’t get crunchy. i see people mentioning stickiness, but that hasn’t been my experience. maybe it’s due to the shea butter, which is really moisturizing but can sit on top of hair if not absorbed properly. i apply it while my hair is super wet, so that usually helps moisturizing products absorb better so that that doesn’t happen. not totally sure though i’m not an expert! my curls hold well throughout the day, and my frizz is minimal. it doesn’t seem to add volume, but it doesn’t weigh my hair down either so i’m content with that. my hair is more wavy with some soft curls, low porosity, medium-ish density, and neither fine nor thick. i find that this works best right after the shower while my hair is still wet and not dried whatsoever. sometimes i only get rid of enough water so that my hair stops dripping, but that’s it. then i apply it throughout my hair, scrunch, put it in a microfiber towel, and voila! this has made me love my hair again

It does hold pretty well and the smell is ok. I cannot get past the stickiness. It has a tackiness to it, kind of like when you have product build up. I will be trying something else.

This product made my hair extremely dry. Washing after using this product was nearly impossible, my hair was extremely dry and tangled and it was impossible to get it out of my hair. 3 conditions and a hair mask later and I just hope this stuff didnt permanently damage my hair. Save yourself the trouble and get something else !

I have tried so many different curl products over the years, and on a whim, I bought this one based on the reviews, and I am blown away! Such a good product!! It made by curls bouncy without feeling crunchy! I wanted to give up on curl products before buying this! Now this is the only thing I’ll ever buy again! Combine with a dime size amount of serum and your curls will pop!!

Hear me out, as a curly girl, this was a dream. First day hair was defined and beautiful. All the following days your hair is dull and the texture is…rough? Like you need to wash your hands after touching your hair. Wish I didn’t purchase this.

This is my GO TO mousse. As pictured, I have curly hair (highlighted) and I really like to wear my hair with volume. This mousse is like the only one I've found that doesn't weigh down my hair, it smells so good and it is very affordable. I pair it with the leave-in cream (same line) and it works great!
