Excellent Flavor
I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad. These are wonderful! We did ice cream with caramel, chocolate sauce, and honey drizzled on top. Yes they are corn tortillas with cinnamon sugar, but they were still good! Lots of delicious cinnamon flavor.

Great Idea - not quite there yet
This is a great idea however somehow it isn’t fully developed yet. I was so excited about these as the box reminded me of fried cream. When I baked them in the oven which is the recommended method they burned. The recommended time is 4-5 minutes at 325 and I set them for 4 minutes however they were burning at 3:30. I encourage the R&D team to keep refining as the idea is wonderful.

Great tasting gluten free alternative to a cone
They are a great gluten free ice cream cone alternative. My family loves these. They are seasoned just right. The flavor takes me back to having fried ice cream as a kid. The shells are easy to prepare by heating them for just a little bit.

Just eh
Fun concept but break easily and weren’t wide enough to really get ice cream in them. They tasted fine but we didn’t finish the box and won’t buy again

Almost Good
Not great. Just tastes like a regular (and I'd argue stale) taco shell with cinnamon which clashes, especially if you add sweet stuff. Another review recommended a churro or chalupa shell, and that I agree that would be much, much better! Honestly something we'd keep around the house if it were good. It's fun and nice to throw some fruit on if you are able to ignore the corn shell taste.

Shells Broken
The concept was good. I bought a pack for taco Tuesday and every last one was broken. My husband went back to the store to buy me a new pack and all but 3 Shells were broken. I really wanted to like them.

Amazing!
Amazingly yummy! We toasted them in air fryer then put ice cream in shell and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and Carmel drizzle and topped with whipped cream, soooo good! Tasted just like fried ice cream!

Wonderful!
These desert taco shells are really good. I'm a lover of fried ice cream at mexican restaurants and these taste a lot like them. They are so easy to make. Just add some ice cream, and enjoy!

Pass on these! Stale and gross
Bought these for a company ice cream party and they were a huge disappointment. They appeared stale right out of the box and tasted even worse. They’re just corn shells with some cinnamon on them. Everyone was expecting them to taste sweeter and more in line with what you’d use them for - desserts

So Good!
I don't know what others expected but these were exactly what I thought they'd be. They do not taste like corn taco shells. I stuffed mine with honey and drizzled honey on top which is a delicious dessert!

Botched it!
I think your r&d really screwed this up. At least 50% of reviews reflect disappointment in the product. Didn’t you do a taste test survey? I felt extremely deceived that it was only regular tacos with little cinnamon dust….people don’t look that close to descriptions or ingredients especially when cross promoted with a favorite cereal brand. We depend on you to produce and provide quality products as expected. When I was growing up you were the industry go-to standard. I doubt I will ever trust your brand again. All the customers who wrote in about flour or churro style product are TOTALLY right. Whoever researched this or created it isn’t worth their salt (or whatever you pay them!)

Needs a lighter , traditional Mexican dough.
The corn shell throws it off. My Mom used her flour tortilla dough to make her sopaipilla dessert when I was growing up. Way lighter and had an airy taste to them. She also dipped them in a cinnamon syrup, but I see a lot of Mexican restaurants that dust them with cinnamon sugar.
