Buildable sparkly

Stringy unusable mess
Was like pulling taffy out of the bottle. Long strings of polish. Balled up and would not apply. Tried laquer thinner and nothing helped. Was still stringy and unusable. First product I've had issues with.

Love the sparkly flakes in this top coat. It’s fun too because it looks different in different light! I used it over EC but will try other colors like strawberry scone soon!
