The gummy‘s have a very good taste. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i’ve had sleep issues since childhood (i’m 25 now), and in the last year they’ve gotten bad again, so i was pretty pumped abt these gummies, although not too hopeful. however, these proved to be pretty powerful! knocked me out very fast. for a little bit, at least. it seemed like my tolerance went up pretty fast and i had to start adding sleepy tea in addition to the gummies to get the same effect as i did in the beginning. still, they’ve got a nice taste and are more effective than just trying to sleep with the assistance of valerian or lavender.
Take this and get therapy too!

I take it before bed time and it helps me sleep longer. I have been suffering from sleep loss due to stress and this is the best sleep aid I have found. This and therapy can really make a difference.

I think the sweet spot is taking when you will be able to commit to a long night of rest. The flavor and texture are good. There’s no strange smell either. I definitely need to find a better time to give these another go.

I take one about twenty minutes before I’m ready to go to sleep and it has worked like a charm every single time. In the past I’ve had weird side effects like vivid odd dreams or a groggy feeling the next day, but that hasn’t been the case at all and I’ve tried it no less than 7 times now.
