[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using Olly Mellow Menopause for a few months and it has really helped combat many of my menopausal symptoms including brain fog, problems sleeping and hot flashes. I feel a little less anxious and stressed, too. I love that it is vegan, gluten free, and does not contain any synthetic flavors or colors. The cute bottle it comes in is a bonus. The pills are on the larger side (I’d rather take this in gummy form), but are easy enough to swallow.

Did not see any change at all. Not all meds for everyone. The bottle was a nice size, the only issue was the top was hard to open. The entire lid popped off. I liked the variety if ingredients. Just wishes they worked for me.

My main issue with menopause is the hot flashes and insomnia. Unfortunately the capsules did not improve my symptoms. The packaging is easy to ope. You flip up the lid and the capsules easily come out. Each package contains a 30 day supply.

I am a little more than halfway through my first bottle and the while my hot flashes are gone (which is amazing) this week I have started noticing extreme bloating, weight gain and a blood-tinged discharge, as well as moderate lower extremity edema. Unfortunately, due to the side effects I am going to have to stop taking it. However, you are looking for something that works this is it and it looks like not everyone has experienced the issues I have.

While taking the pills, I did not notice a difference. As soon I was unable to take them for about a week while I went on vacation and forgot to bring the bottle. I started having cold sweats at night. Went back to taking them and I am sleeping well now!

I’m a mid 40’s woman who started feeling obvious perimenopausal symptoms about 6 months ago. After taking Mellow Menopause for almost 3 months, I feel a lot more centered and less symptomatic overall. Brain fog is gone. I still do feel some annoying symptoms. I think it works well in addition to other supplements and a balanced diet plus exercise. The box is a bit hard to open every time and the capsules are pretty big. I don’t mind but some people might have issue with the capsule size. I love that the capsule is vegan and not gelatin based.

The capsules are conveniently packaged in 1 month supply bottles, however I find the bottle top difficult to open. It has a pop top lid, however the entire lid comes off much easier than trying to open the pop top. One capsule a day is supposed to relieve hot flashes, dryness and mood swings. I have not seen drastic improvement, but it's possible I have not used the product long enough.

As far as vitamins and supplements go, it is priced affordable. I did not notice any improvement in symptoms while taking, but i do think it is worth trying to see if it helps anyone else.

They have even helped her with mood swings and irritability. They are standard-sized capsules, but easy to digest. The packaging is super practical, to carry it anywhere, safe and designed. The truth is that they are effective, they are vegan, gluten-free, hormone-free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These truly worked great for hot flashes and I did feel I am in a better mood when taking. They are a normal sized capsule style pill. They do have a slight herbals flavor but nothing too bad. The packaging is easy to get into and has a flip lid.
