I am sleeping better with this pill, and my hot flashes are decreased. The transformation in my mood and energy levels has been very noticeable. It helps me wind down more easily at night, and I wake up feeling more rested. The packaging is very pleasing to look at but the flip top sticks and I can’t open, so I have to take the top off. I do have to mention that the capsules have a pretty unpleasant smell, which can be off-putting. It doesn’t affect their effectiveness, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, I’m happy with the results, but I wish they smelled better!
Ok but jury still out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm mixed on these, the pills are standard size and easy to take. And don't have any bad taste or smell. I'm iffy about how effective they are. On one hand, my mood has been stable and I've had a handful of better sleep nights since taking these, but that's about it. It's hard to tell if it's the pills or circumstances. The packaging, I wish were a normal bottle. I'll probably just finish these off and see if anything changes. I think they probably help some but might need a longer timeframe to really understand their impact.
I will continue to see how it goes!

I also have seen that my mood stays pretty steady, not the usual roller coaster ride. I love that this is an all natural way to alleviate my menopause symptoms. Finally some relief! These capsules are easy to swallow with no after taste. Olly brand vitamins are affordable too. Win, win! I will definitely purchase these in the future.

I have taken these for about 2 weeks now & have noticed a difference in feeling calmer and less stressed. I haven’t had a night sweat since starting them. The packaging I thought was a great idea at first to dispense single pill, but I can’t get the lid open & the whole top usually comes off instead. I believe these are helping regulate hormone levels or at least some of the symptoms.

The bottle is a bit hard to open, lid closes tight and recommend to take with food to avoid mild stomach discomfort. Over all well tolerated and worth a try for a non-hormonal option.

The capsules are conveniently packaged in 1 month supply bottles, however I find the bottle top difficult to open. It has a pop top lid, however the entire lid comes off much easier than trying to open the pop top. One capsule a day is supposed to relieve hot flashes, dryness and mood swings. I have not seen drastic improvement, but it's possible I have not used the product long enough.

From day one of taking this supplement I noticed a difference. I felt much calmer and was able to stay asleep. The packaging is easy to maneuver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited when I opened up the box. Beautiful packaging but a bit big for one small bottle. Opening the bottle was very hard. The plastic was hard to peel and I ended up using a knife. I found it easier to open the entire lid instead of the intended one. I was hoping for more out of it but for me it only reduced the hot flashes. That was a good thing but I was hoping for more.
