I only take these when I’m on my period and they have been great for me! Bloating is gone within 15 minutes. I didn’t experience an irregularities in my cycle. The directions say to take daily but I only take them on the days I’m on my period.

i ended up with pelvic pain and my period was 16 days late. now it’s worse than it’s ever been.

Do NOT buy this! This product caused me to have irregular periods for the first time in my life. As a woman with chronic migraine, I’m very in tune with my body and careful about what I put in it. This supplement screwed up my cycle and caused multiple migraine attacks for me. Also, it is a glaring red flag that the majority of the reviews on this product are incentivized. Do better, Olly.

This has given me a lift in energy the taste is good and the sent definitely sugary. I love it is has made me feel good! Packaging was cute as far as versatility I like it I can make a switch to this.

I liked this product but think I would need to use it longer to form a better opinion. I did find that it helped with my mood swings and I felt overall just a little better than I usually do when I am on my cycle. The flavor was nice and didn’t have that traditional “supplement” taste. Overall, this was a pretty good product!

These have really helped me so much. For a few years I have been having terrible PMS, potentially PMDD, and severe cramping to the point of almost passing out multiple times. I went to see my Obgyn and after a clear ovarian/uterine US she suggested trying some supplements to see if it helps at all and now that it’s been a few months I think it’s safe to say that these really ease the symptoms. It’s not perfect and doesn’t fix everything but I didn’t expect that anyways! My cramps are more manageable with some ibuprofen and my mood swings seem to be a lot less intense most of the time. I’m really thankful for this and will continue to buy if the results continue. I will admit, the size and the flavor are a bit overwhelming to me at times so I only take them the week prior to and through my period itself and then take a break until the next cycle comes around but it’s seems to be equally effective for me when I do it this way.

Could be completely unrelated, but worth mentioning. They taste good, I didn't feel much different taking them. I think they may work better for people with bad PMS, mine isn't all that bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super satisfied with this product!! i was a bit skeptical at first, but i noticed improvement during my cycle right away. i am on birth control so i know when my period will come. one day before, i took these and noticed a difference. the first two days, my lower stomach is usually very distended and bloated. i always say this because i usually cannot wear jeans during this week. but to my surprise, i had little to no bloating. i also noticed my mood swings weren’t as bad as they normally are. they usually jump up and down during the first 2-3 days but i was pretty stable during this time. i love the Olly bottles, they are so cool and unique. the only thing i wasn’t a huge fan of was the taste. i wish they were a little sweeter, especially since i crave sugar a lot during this time. i wish they were berry flavored or something. other than that, that’s the only thing i would change. this seems to be a great and effective product!!

It also made a noticeable difference on PMS symptoms such as bloating and mood swings. It definitely makes PMS symptoms manageable and less noticeable. The only complaint is that the packaging says not for anyone under 18, which means I dont know if it is safe for teen girls experiencing symptoms. It also has so much sugar in it that diabetics have to bolus for it. A sugar-free and teen safe formula would be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure if this was the cause or maybe it was because my body was adjusting but I had my first very irregular set of period in a while after I first started taking this gummy. My period usually is super heavy the 2nd day and then barely there the rest of the time. The first period I had after taking these gummies was practically non-existent the entire time. Then the second period I had the first day was so much heavier than normal I ended up bleeding through my clothes which hasn’t happened in years. I was also traveling around this time, so not sure if that also played a role, but I don’t think I’ll be having these again anytime soon. The gummies did taste good though so if they work well for others maybe it just wasn’t for me.

My only complaint is they were a little firm to chew but it was so worth it. I have PCOS and these helped ease the regular cramps and made my monthly way more tolerable.

I absolutely love this OLLY product! My period cramps can be rough the first 2 days but I took 2 gummies per day the week before my period and the week of! My cramps definitely subsided quite a bit and I definitely had less bloating. The gummies are super yummy and easy to chew! Definitely recommend! 😍
