My 15 and 11 yr old both take this vitamin and love it. It's easy to chew and tastes good. They both eat pretty well, but this helps on the days where they need it. It gives them some energy to start the day and has helped to keep sickness to a minimum this year. These also do not cause nausea, like some multi vitamins tend to do.

Upon opening the package the gummies looked like they were coated in sugar. I personally am not a gummy person but we both tried them and the taste wasn’t bad. I read the ingredients and was worried a bit because it has Carrageenan, which can have side effects; such as diarrhea. However, my son did not experience any issues. He liked the taste and I was happy that he was taking a vitamin that helps supplement what he may be missing in his diet. I would buy these for him to continue using and I would recommend them to friends.
