These One Birthday Cake Flavored Protein Bars have a nice birthday cake flavor. They are very dense and filling. I like that they contain 20 grams of protein and only 1 gram of sugar. I would highly recommend these protein bars if you are searching for a good tasting, quality, protein source.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so I got this awhile ago from @influenster #complimentary @one1brands #onebrands and am just now finally getting around to my review. To be honest, I was not expecting a lot out of this birthday cake bar. I had thrown it in my purse and it was there for probably a week before I finally felt like I wanted to try it, hence the mashed up look it's got going on there. But got a protein bar? This isn't too bad! The birthday cake flavor is definitely artificial tasting, but I mean come on, that's basically birthday cake-artificial. 🤣 Personally I would buy this again if I needed a quick snack now that I know it's not terrible. Which, for a protein bar, is honestly high praise. My favorite lately are the Built Puff bars because I've gotten sick of the normal cardboard texture of most bars. So anyway, there ya go. If you like birthday cake flavor and want to try a new protein bar, I'd recommend giving this one a shot!

Visually, I’m unsure if it’s the way it’s supposed to look, but it reminds me a little of a rice Krispy in its current state. The flavor has a bit of a crunch. Notes of vanilla and a mild sweetness. Nothing overpowering. Enough to satisfy your sweet tooth in my opinion.

I typically dont like these type of bars because of the high calorie count and the carb count but this one offers 100mg of calcium and 90mg of potassium. This birthday cake bar was pretty good. It had sprinkles and a vanilla flavoring that was pretty delightful and light compared to most protein bars.

This flavor, Birthday Cake, is on of my favorites, it actually tastes like Birthday Cake. These curb my hunger during the day, make a satisfying snack, and they make a healthier option as a snack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not like these at all. The texture is weird. It’s sort of gritty and tacky, if that makes sense. Also left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. I really wanted to like these because of the 20g of protein! They just were not good.

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because when I received my package, one bar was unfortunately damaged—the end was open and hard, while the other side remained soft and tasty. Despite that, I still enjoyed the bar and appreciate the quality and flavor overall. Highly recommend these for anyone looking for a high-protein snack that truly delights the taste buds!
