I bought this product around the middle of November. It arrived very damaged so I thought, "no big deal. I'll just return it and get my money back". WRONG. It took them over a month to complete their "investigation" and I found out a day before Christmas that my refund request was denied, despite going out of my way to follow up multiple times and be as helpful and transparent as possible. What's worse is that the customer service person I spoke to on the phone (the only way to even get a chance at a refund since trading card products CANNOT be returned in store) messed up the ticket and so it took ever longer than the "10 business days" I was told to be resolved. I reached out again after receiving the email to dispute the decision and to try again to get my money back, and was told they were still investigating. And they told me I should be the one to reach out further if I don't receive a response. Despite them sending me an email saying they didn't find anything wrong with my order according to their "policies". It's been about half a month since that call, and in total over 45 days since ordering to receive my money back. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and obviously I'm not giving someone a broken gift. Just a heads up to trading card fans who hate paying more than MSRP: you're better off paying a little extra on a third party site for something like this. At least you're more likely to get your money back and for the item to not arrive shattered into twenty pieces. I'm still waiting to hear back from Target and to get my refund. Once again, do NOT buy any trading card product through Target / Target.com. Spend your money wisely, especially in the current trading card market.

My box was completely destroyed. I want a refund.

The delivery person left my package on the edge of the perimeter, where it was stolen instead of leaving it at my doorstep

Great little collection piece. Saw in store and was almost about to leave without one and I’m glad I didn’t. First time I buy a one piece tcg item. The box it comes in itself is a nice touch. Will display it with other things once I’m more organized.

Package came with the case popped open and packs out of place leaving the cards being bent and there is no solution to this problem

Was delivered to wrong house. Target doesn't allow you to make claims to UPS and won't make one for you or refund you or resend another. If you buy and sometimes happens you lose your money. Do not buy online.

box came super damages and is not returnable

Product came sealed in the box but the actual fruit itself was open with the seal off.

I ordered a devil fruit and they sent me an empty box. There’s no way to make a complaint or report this problem. Please be very careful this is a huge scammed.

the devil fruit was open but everything inside it’s alright the plastic in the side of the box fall apart buts it all good the cards where no damage the don card was bended in the middle but no creases but i seen reviews off this product some where good and bad but buying this is a risk taker mine came alright no problem with it

Came in damaged but not eligible for return. No way to select it to try and return it. Hopefully I can alert others to look at other stores for this.

Bandai is losing is quality with this crappy collection. Product was damaged inside, Don card had a crease on it. And Two leader packs? What’s the point of putting leader packs in these when I’m paying $25? Save your money and DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!
