This is our second Ooni pizza peel. We loved our first one so much we decided to buy another one so we could prepare two pizzas at the same time. We originally bought another brand at a local store not knowing there was such a big quality difference between them. Our pizzas stuck on that peel making it difficult to put in the oven. That one is now the pizza peel we cut on. Thanks for the great product.

I watched a tutorial about how to get the best launch from your pizza. It talked about peel temperatures etc. This Bamboo peel made all the difference to getting our pizzas easily into the oven. We used semolina on the board and then used the metal peel when removing our pizzas from our Ooni.

I got the 16" and it's nice but way too heavy. This definitely could have been thinner to save some weight. Looks and feels gorgeous though.

Have instructed husband that pizza cutting doesn't require the strength of an circus strongman but even with gentle cutting I see the marks. . . Minor flaw though. Would recommend for grabbing done pizzas and serving up at the table. Have not used it to launch pizzas as we use metal ones. Ends are finished nicely with no rough parts. Like the hole in the handle for storage options.
