I've been buying these for years. Over the past 1-2 years I've occasionally bought a bottle where the gummies were "off". Now it's happening again! My last 3 bottles are just not right. The gummies normally are very soft, smoothe, moisturized? They've been coming dry, chalky, and all stuck together to the point where i can't get them out of the bottle. These are way too expensive to have defects like this. Manufacturer needs to get it together or you'll lose a die hard customer.

People these work! I got my hair done June 29th, it’s now two months later and my hair has grown an inch and a half! Also, I occasionally get a dip manicure on my nails, and my I had to take a break for personal reasons, and they quickly recovered. I know some people think these do nothing, but I truthfully swear by them!

Fantastic. Great taste. These actually taste good (and not just good for a gummie vitamin). Texture is a little interesting. Almost has a little grit to it but really not bad or noticeable. I did notice an effect on my hair and nails. I tried these before. My nails seemed a little stronger. Both my hair and nails were growing faster. Bought again to see if it has any effect for my eczema that's flaring up.

I didn’t really expect these to work, I would take them very occasionally over a year or 2, and I’ve always had issues with my nails breaking or my hair ends splitting every few months. But ever since taking them more frequently (multiple times a week) my nails feel a lot stronger and grow longer, and I haven’t had splint ends in a while

I’ve been purchasing these hair gummies for a few years now and they work great. However the last few bottles I’ve purchased the gummies are hard and ashy looking. I don’t know why that is as the bottle shows they’re in date. When they’re like this they taste stale almost. I really love this brand and that’s why I stick with them but the quality is becoming inconsistent.

My hair grows slow, and nails are weak. My doctor recommended adding B vitamins. After 3 months, there is been no change in growth with hair or nails. Takes some time for nails /hair to grow out & show a positive change, so will come back and edit review if there is a noticeable change in another 3 or 4 months. Another negative is too much sugar. On a positive note, gummy tastes good.
