[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting a lot from this brand. My wife and her co-workers drink this brand/drink everyday and have nothing but positive things to say. For me the pineapple flavor was way too artificial and even trying to mix in a different flavor syrup didn’t help much. I know as well that most, if not all, pre workout containers don’t come all the way filled up but this one was less then half way filled.. not sure if this was because I was testing it or not but that was sad to see. A positive I would say is that one serving only has 100mg of caffeine so you won’t get that “jitters” feeling from this.

It wasn't disclosed that some ingredients may be exposed to mushrooms or come from mushrooms and I have a mushroom intolerance. I felt so sick after consuming this and had bad stomach cramps for 12 hours. Do not recommend if you have mushroom sensitivities!

I had severe vomiting and was dehydrated from a new medication. This helped me recover fast and feel better quicker than just plain water or Gatorade. Will always keep this on hand.

I’m very particular about taste and want to make sure it’s not just palatable but something I enjoy. This has been perfect for my morning runs to get me pumped up and make sure I have the electrolytes I need for effective running. If you don’t know already, electrolytes are critical for a good workout and a deficit could be the reason you fatigue earlier. I would definitely recommend that people try this out.

I really like the ingredients that supply the caffeine such as the green coffee bean, which I have never tried before. I actually was surprised when I drank this, not after a workout, but during the "3:00 slump" at work. I got a nice, clean boost of energy about ten minutes or so later. Unlike that it doesn't contain aspartame. Cons: artificial flavoring and dyes, which I really try to avoid, is possible. I would give it 3 stars if it contained natural flavorings and no dyes. I don't really care what color it is, I wish products would stop with the dyes. I want it to be natural

I started using at work- I’m in healthcare and sometimes by the time I get to drink my coffee in the morning it’s cold so I tried this out in a big water bottle that I can just sip on and it keeps my energy steady without getting jittery. It’s not very expensive and you can jazz it up by using different juices too. The packaging is just like a standard pre-workout jar concept. Ingredients are pretty consistent and the best part is the taste!
