Good energy but Flavor wasn't for me I did like the flavor but the after taste could be changes I liked it overall though good product would recommend and use again if I would have more worth the wait on the shipping for sure thank you optimum nutrition for sending it out for free I appreciate it alot and will keep on using your products! Effective for energy

The flavor is not overly sweet, and gives me an energy boost without the jittery feeling b/c of the natural caffeine. It also seems to supports muscle recovery with the amino acids and electrolytes. It motivates me to stay active and it gives me enough of a push to get the adrenaline pumping. I think if you have more of a healthy diet and don’t really consume caffeine then this is for you.
