Two week camping test
I bought this cooler right before a two week camping trip. It held up through rainy days, humid days, and very hot (feels like 110 F) days. My buddy had a Yeti 20 qt and my 40 qt orca was considerably better keeping everything cool.

Excellent cooler
While I haven't used the one I ordered yet, I'm familiar with this cooler because my sister owns one. The cooler works great and holds ice all day in the heat, keeping everything nice and cold! The handles can be a little difficult to open at times, but other than that, it's a fantastic product.

Orca ROCKS!
We LOVE our Orca’s! We just got the seafoam 40qt in today and can’t wait to try it out! It came with everything and arrived in a timely manner. We also have a 75qt that we bought years ago and it has never failed us! We even went on a 2 week road trip and there was still ice when we returned! We love Orca and it’s sad to see such a great company with a great product slowly die.

I researched for about 2 weeks after my “USA made” lifetime cooler broke after a few years of lite duty.After all the reviews and research I decided on a orca cooler and guess what? I didn’t make a mistake I would put this on yeti level with a better warranty and being made right here in the states.My cooler came with a big scratch on top but it looks like something shipping did.Im impressed with all aspects of this cooler my favorite parts are the handles and the bag on the back all very sturdy and high quality.If I get good longevity out of this as I feel I will you guys have a life long customer.

I enjoy the cooler other than the lid problem
The lid doesn't hold position when open, it flips way over, almost turning the entire cooler over. I contacted cust ser and sent them pics. I explained, I was worried that the bending moment would cause the hinge pin to bend and the lid not seal correctly. They would not honer the warranty at that time. They told me if I had problems, in the future, to call them. Also, I understand, if I alter the cooler, I void the warranty. I'm not real happy with this situation and it is frustrating to have to be very careful when opening the cooler lid. One day, and them not knowing; someone else will open the cooler and the pin will bend, and/or with use over time it will also happen and then what?

3 day review. Day 1
3 day review. Day 1 24 cans 16 lbs ice. Day 2 ice water with 17 cans. Added 8lbs ice n drained water. Day 3 added 6 more cans (15 total) and 8 lbs ice. Cooler was in back of truck in S. Texas sun all day (95 deg F.) I'm satisfied. Works as advertised.

Just received it and unboxed
Just received it and unboxed it so other than how it looks, I don’t have much to go by. Taking a three day trip to the lake next week. Temps here are consistently between 105 & 110 degrees. I’ll have to pack before leaving and the ice must stay cold until I get back. It’ll have to keep all my food and drinks cold with no extra ice being added. It will be in the full sun the whole time. That will be the real test.

Not only did I buy this for traveling but it's main use is to keep my cold items cold, for when I go grocery shopping. And the color is almost the same color as my green car. Love it. The only thing I wish it had was wheels to attach to the cooler. Other then that it's great.
