We have been very happy with each product we purchased. This one was a little different. We have a 10 year old black Shih Tzu named Samantha. We have spoiled her since day one. She will only drink water with ice cubes in it. After several purchases, the Shorty is perfect for her. We fill the cup with ice cubes, then, add water. PERFECT. Thx, Sharon
