Product safety and quality
I purchased organic meat with 10% fat and cooked it. In my own serving, I found two small bone fragments, each about the size of a grain of rice. One of them nearly broke my tooth. I am very disappointed and concerned about the product’s quality and safety.

Too much gristle
Used to buy this and the 80/20 version in the past and loved it. Just bought this as I was doing a target order so I didn’t have to hit the store for beef. I had so many hard and rubber gristle pieces that I couldn’t even finish it. I don’t know if the quality isn’t as good anymore or if I got a bad batch but that was disappointing!
