Rotten apples, emoloyees dont check quality for drive up ordere
If you are going to have employees collect items for drive up orders they need to check and make sure that food isn’t rotten. The apple was completely smashed & leaking liquid everywhere and the bag had a hole in it and leaked all over the seat of my car. Completely unacceptable!

Large bag of sweet Fuji apples

Rotten to the core
I think when having shipt shopper they need to check the fruit completely because unfortunately several apples were rotten. Although I appreciate fruit I want mine edible especially it is not cheap!! So this happens a lot!! Whoever is buying this fruit look over it I could clearly see it several rotten and yet the shopper from shipt chose to give me these! Very disappointing

I used the “drive-up” feature. Every apple had multiple bruises. Way too expensive for this poor quality. These are even more expensive than Whole Foods. Plus, they are covered in wax that you have to scrub off.
