I can definitely tell a difference with this Ashwagandha. Great for relaxing and helps a LOT when I am feeling stressed or overwhelmed. Our homeopathist recommended this to me a while ago, I only regret waiting so long to try it.

I use Ashwaganda for sleep and stress. I'm doing lots of things for my health, but Ashwaganda has allowed me for the first time in a decade to get to sleep naturally without having to take a sleep supplement. I do take it to help me sleep, but it's not a sedative, so I don't mind having it be an ongoing part of my self care. I love Organic India, and buy several products from this excellent and ethically centered company.
