I am fairly young and was told that I am pre-diabetic, so I'm trying to make some healthy changes to my diet and add in quality products that will aid me in controlling my sugar and helping with insulin production. This product has a wonderful sweet smell, is easy to take alongside a healthy diet and exercise, I think it's going to make a big difference.

Organic India Ceylon Cinnamon was great used in an apple berry crumble recipe! The flavor of the cinnamon was sweeter and milder than some other cinnamons I have used for breakfast or dessert. I also took 2 caplets as a supplement serving. No unpleasant taste or any upset stomach that I have sometimes with supplements. I love the support Ceylon Cinnamon and my other supplements give my body to work it's best and be healthy!

I used this in my smoothie this morning and I must say the texture was so fine and thin and I wasn't able to tell that I had fiber blended into the smoothie. I opened the capsules to put in smoothie!

When you open the bottle the cinnamon scent is so good, its like a burst of fresh cinnamon. This product helps support healthy blood sugar levels and digestion. It can be used in any recipe calling for cinnamon. I have been adding a capsule to my morning coffee and it is excellent. The capsules come apart very easy, and the cinnamon dissolves well when you stir. You can also just take as a supplement but with this great flavor using it in a recipe is a much better option.A pure true cinnamon flavor, Organic and Non GMO- I highly recommend!

I love that this product aides in digestion, supports a healthy sugar level and contains antioxidants. I've never taken a cinnamon supplement until this one and I am a big fan. I like that I can swallow the pills along with my other vitamins or have the option of incorporating the cinnamon into recipes.
