For all of the people surprised at the added sugar in this, it's because cranberries are sour. Really sour. Like straight up lemon sour. So they add sugar to make them similar to other dried fruit. In fact, one of these boxes has the same amount of sugar as a box of raisins. If you don't like that the sugar isn't naturally in the fruit, I would go with raisins instead. If you want face puckering sour cranberries, look for unsweetened cranberries from a specialty retailer. These dried cranberries are the same as Ocean Spray. I would like them a little less sweet, but I find all dried fruit too sweet. My kids like them. They only get them occasionally as a treat instead of candy.

I agree with the previous reviewer. The weight of this product is 2/3 added sugar! People who like cranberries appreciate the tartness of them & don't need fruit to be sweetened to toddler-age tastes. I'm surprised these are the Good & Gather brand, as their stuff is usually pretty healthy. Most of your dried fruit is sweetened or flavored, even pineapple & bananas, which are naturally sweet. Target, please offer us adults some unsweetened dried fruit.

I would love this product if it did not have 19 grams of added sugar per serving (each one 1oz box)! Having one box of these dried cranberries is almost 40% of the maximum daily value of added sugar for the day for an adult.
