Organize It All 3 Tier Folding Metal Utility Storage Rolling Cart with Lockable Wheels Black

When I removed the cart from the box and got it unfolded, the inside bottom rim of the top basket was bent. Not a good first impression of this cart. Next, the instructions to put on the wheels are less than stellar. There were two plastic bags, one with four wheels and one with 8 plastic caps, 4 hooks and 1 wrench. The instructions show the items in the box. There is no picture of the plastic caps or the hooks. Four hooks were smooth sided and 4 were ridged. I finally determined the 4 smooth ones were for the 4 corners of the vertical rods on the sides and the other 4 needed to go in the bottom and the wheels screwed into them. None of this is stated in the instructions. The smooth end caps were a little difficult to get in but the ridged ones were impossible to get in the holes without tapping many times with a hammer. After some time and difficulty I did finally get the unit together. I will be using it as a laundry room cart so while I am not happy with the bent top basket, I can still use it. I could not find any online videos posted by anyone trying to put one of these together. It would be great if someone would do that to help the rest of us.

Easy set up...great cart for whatever you need..only complaint is no wrench came with direction like stated but no biggie.
