A: No, they are only made to adjust on mantel ledges up to 3 inches thick.

They look amazing on my counter where I have them since I don’t have a mantle. They came quickly. They can go .5 inch to 3 inches I believe which is perfect! You just push it closer together or pull it farther away depending on your desired placement. Would definitely recommend!
