This is the only 1 minute rice I saw (there might be others but i didnt notice them right off) that does NOT contain a lot of sodium! Seems like all the others that were available had more salt than they really needed. So that means this rice will taste more plain than other minute rices. But that is easy to fix by adding seasoning, meats, veggies, or whatever you want to mix with it. Very thankful to be able to find a healthier quick rice. Just heat it up for 45 seconds is all that's needed!
