I love how this hydrates my skin. I use twice daily after washing with checks and balances and applying the mega mushroom dark spot brightning serum. I poured this lotion into a spray bottle and spritz over my face and let dry. In the AM I follow everything with the Ginzing spf.

I’ve been using this for about 3 months now- I really like it! I use it alongside the accompanying emulsifying lotion as well. This is almost like a toner in consistency, literal liquid. I just put a little on my hands and pat my face! I work outside for a living (walking mail carrier) and I’ve noticed that my skin is handling the elements better! Less irritation (and I am not good at sunscreen since it melts/sweats off anyway.) If you’re looking for a solution to the gap in your morning routine I’d absolutely give this a try! There is an herbal scent to this, akin to gin. So beware.

Wonderful product. It feels great on skin, smells amazing and is so calming and soothing for skin. Soooo gooood.

As I had hoped, but not expected, the adaptogenic mushrooms have done a great job at assisting my skin. This line has been so impactful that I am willing to enter into a multi-step 2x daily face routine with this product. Highly recommend fhe entire mushroom line.

I put this in a small spray bottle to use as it's a liquid and don't want to waste any.

I thought i was getting a cream lotion but no, this is a liqued, you apply it like a serum/toner before your serums and moisturizers. But the product is hydrating but does not reduce redness as much as i hoped it would.

Helps SO much with redness from sun damage!

I Have Used This Toner For Over 5 Years & I Have Loved It. Its The Only Toner I Go Back To Because In Its First Use You Can See The Dirt That Is Removed From Your Face & In Every Use. You Can Visually & Physically Feel/Tell The Difference When Using This Product. I Like To Add Some Into A Spray Bottle & Then Remove Excess With A Cotton Pad. This Also Helped Me Years Back When I Was Having A Long Going Acne Breakout. I Have Not Had Any Problems With This Product & Will Continue Using.

I did not find this product to be soothing. Instead of reducing redness it seemed to make my skin more red. It left my skin feeling sticky instead of moisturized. My skin is a little sensitive, but i dont usually have to stop using products without finishing them.

I have mild rosacea. I am not consistent in my skincare routine, I will get some surface acne. I implemented it into my current routine and used it consistently for 3 months. After about 6 weeks, I tried some variations to ensure that there wasn't interaction with what I was using. It did not exacerbate redness or irritate; however it also, did nothing else. The earthy smell dissipates as it dries. Nothing changed I would not waste my money in the future on this particular product.

I have rosacea and this product helps to soothe redness and prevent further reactivity. It feels good on the skin and smells great.

Its so expensive, i wish it wasnt worth it. But it is! This makes my dry, sensitive skin so smooth and hydrated. 10/10.

I hope this product works for a lot of people. I have been searching for some thing that would help calm my angry skin. This has worked very nicely so far I've use this after I shaved my face, and it worked better than Proraso after shave. I know everybody's skin is different so it may not work for you but coming from someone who has tried a lot of products. This is the one that has finally worked for me. I'm excited to try the moisturizer next.

I can't handle the odor of the Mega-Mushroom Relief and Relience Lotion. May need to look gif a product from a different company.

I tried this in a sample from Sephora several years ago. I have been hesitant to buy any skin products that I don't absolutely love (I own too many skin care products to justify more) but this is so superior to other lightweight or liquid hydrates that I am in process of buying a full size bottle. This product hydrates thebskin, soothes irritation, and is a great moisturizer to protect skin when using harsher ingredients (eg acids). I highly recommend this mushroom lotion!

I'm a huge fan of the mega mushroom mask. Have been for years and repurchase at least a couple times a year. I've even gifted it! I bought this on a whim when it was on sale at my local Ulta because it was on sale, and since I already love the mask product I thought why not! Glad I did. I use this product like a toner after cleansing. I apply with a cotton round. Glad I've incorporated it into my routine. If you struggle with dryness, redness, and sensitivity I highly recommend incorporating this, and the other Dr Andrew Weil products into your routine!

I genuinely love this product the bottle says "lotion" in a traditional sense of skincare so think of it more as an essence so it can be use as or in tandem with a toner before a serum and tour moisturizer. whenever I splat some into my hand (tiny puddle) I make sure to warm ot quickly and smooth and pat it into my skin. I don't normally have irritated skin but even this mix makes my skin feel calm om the morning and night. I also noticed a difference in the hydration levels of my skin since using it. if you are looking to add more hydration to your touting but don't want to be oily or switch to a new cream then try this bb.

I have struggled with very sensitive skin and redness for most of my life. I have tried EVERYTHING. I went to my local Ulta and the lady working there told me to switch my Dermalogica cleanser to the sensitive one and had me try this product. It instantly felt soothing and the redness in my face decreased by half. So I purchased it and am so pleased with the results after only 3 days. The redness is gone. My skin feels smooth and supple. I even wake up in the morning and my face still feels just as moisturized as it did the night before. The scent is also a plus. I am so grateful for this product, and it will forever have a place in my skin regimen.

it is the only skin care I can get my boyfriend to use. I mean he washes his face with bar soap :/ but he does use this every morning after he shaved. he likes the way it smells and that it's not "overly fancy"

I did not want to love this because I feel like it's way too much to spend on a toner, but I have rosacea and super sensitive skin and have the hardest time finding skincare that doesn't burn and enflame my skin. I bought this out of desperation and let me tell you, not only did it not irritate my skin, it calmed the irritation from washing immediately. I use a lot of really gentle products and nothing has ever calmed my skin as much and as quickly as this stuff. My skin felt so good. I was shocked. I saw some reviews where people seem confused about how to use this product. It is supposed to be used like a toner (right after washing and before hyaluronic acid or actives). Definitely try it out if you struggle with sensitive skin or rosacea. If anyone is curious about which other products have made it into my OG base routine for am and pm: wash with Korres Foaming Cream Cleanser, Active Skin Repair spray, then this product, Vichy Mineral 89, good molecules Squalene Oil, and end with Cicaplast Balm B5 or Embryolisse. Add in your actives and sunscreen where you usually do.
