Comparing my last body butter to the most recent one received there is an obvious difference: they are different colors and significantly different consistencies and also different smells. I am so disappointed as a customer. When a formula is beloved, I will never understand why a company changes it, although the obvious answer is that it must save them money, because this is a weak and watered down version of the original. When I first found this body butter it was EXACTLY what I was looking for, and now, this will be my final purchase of it. I will seek out a new product and company to replace it. The new version is loose compared to the "butter" texture previously and the new version smells like cheap and stale generic drugstore lotion (there is barely a hint of the lovely citrus scent now). ALSO: a company should have the integrity to post that the product is a new and different formula, what the changes are and why. And if the changes don't make the customer experience of it better, I really wouldn't trust the answer anyway. Buyer beware.

I thought this cream was a “BUTTER”, but it sure doesn’t melt into the skin like a butter. It has an awful feel to it and it just sits on top my skin. I wanted something that would sink in more like a butter. I’m very disappointed and this was my first purchase. My skin is very dry and I wanted to love this when it’s described as a butter.

This is the best body cream. It’s not greasy. You only need a little and it soaks into your skin and to leaves it feeling soft and smooth. I am outside a lot and also go to the beach 2-3 times a week which my skin gets the dried out feeling due to the salt water and sun —.but it definitely makes it feel so soft and moisturized after a shower.Love it!

Thick, lovely, helps with dryness. Never harmful to skin. Love the feel of it on my sensitive dry sskin. I have been in a wheelchair for four years and Body Butter helps especially on my back that has a long scar and on flaky skin on my arms. I love it but use it sparingly because even a thin covering works. I bought a second jar while on sale❤️😊

My household LOVES this body butter. Dreamy to put on is just the best way I can think to describe it. It smells so good, it absorbs into my skin, a little goes a long way, and it moisturizes all day long...nothing bad to say about it.

It is pretty thick and I have only used it once. Product could be a bit thinner.

Not a fan of this one. It’s sticky on my skin and if you put too much on, it pills up. I prefer the Hylauronic one, the blue colored lotion. That one is bomb.

I bought the Body Butter because of the advertising of the scent, the tropical scents are my favorite. I am disappointed in the scent, it is nowhere what is described. However, I did rate this a 4 because the creamy body butter is wonderful on my skin.

This is the worst body butter ever. It is far from a butter. It sits on top of your skin and doesn’t sink in at all. Leaves skin feeling terrible to the touch. It’s a thick cream unlike any body butter I’ve ever used. If it didn’t cost so much to return it, I would. I’ll probably just trash it.
