Fantastic Sourdough Slicer!!
We bought this to slice the sourdough bread I started baking to help with my husband's blood sugar. Haven't tried it on meat yet, but am looking forward to the fact that it should do both!

Why pay a fortune at the deli when you can slice your own meat at home? Not only does it save us money, but it's also super easy to clean You won't need to break a sweat to make those perfect slices. I suggest oiling the slide rod; it made a world of difference for me.

because I buy bulk. The first thing I threw at this was a 9lb black forest ham. had no issues. Then, I sliced a 2lb brick of cheese. Then, I sliced a loaf of homemade bread. I can't say how happy the family was to have even, clean slices of bread. I got this on a $20 off coupon I'd have paid full price for this machine. Even if I only slice bread with this, I've gotten the value from it.

Easy to use and clean!
will hold up for normal use but is made very well and it comes apart easily so parts can be cleaned in sink or dishwasher. The tray slides very easily and is aligned with the blade firmly making uniform cuts. I can't wait for Easter Ham sales, I will slice, vacuum seal and freeze for great savings over Deli prices!

Cuts Evenly & Smoothly
I'm loving the thinness that it gives me. I like to make fruit boards and making flowers out of vegetables requires extremely thin slices and even cuts for nicer presentation. This machine gets it done efficiently and neatly. and then I stuffed ground beef inside the chicken I then fried it, delicious. I'd consider this an essential for a kitchen.

Worth the money for a beginner slicer!
This is the 3rd slicer I have purchased. The last 2 I purchased at the local stores that were highly rated . When I received the package it was well packaged and everything was in there nice The blades came out, and straight. We used it on hot roast and then again when it cooled down

Bought this for homemade lunch meat We can easily adjust the thickness to our preference. Light enough to carry so I can keep it in a cabinet and pull it out as needed instead of leaving it on the counter.

Good quality and many usage
I'm using it to slice frozen It works well and I get thin layers of meat that can be easily cooked or grilled. Of course, its thickness size is adjustable, which makes it handy. but I haven't tried it yet. It is easy to clean and use. There is a bit noise when using it but I'm fine with that. However, I prefer to don't use it when my neighbors go to bed for example.

Good slicer for the money
It's not that hard to get it to where you need it to be. I like the fact that the motor doesn't spin too fast like a professional slicer for safety reasons. I recommend this slicer for the price.
